Welcome to the Root Physiotherapy Blog

Well, I have been contemplating starting a blog for over a year and now seems like as good a time as ever, so here it goes…

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we are living in very strange and unprecedented times. Maintaining your physical and mental health as we all face a new and rapidly changing reality, is important but difficult.

My first blog posts are going to be dedicated to sharing some of my favourite resources and ideas for maintaining my own “Roots of Health”: Move, Sleep, Nourish, Nature and Connect.
