Booking POLICIES:

At this time, the preferred method for booking appointments is online through the BOOK NOW links on this site which will take you directly to an online booking site powered by Jane app. If you have any questions about booking, please email me through the form provided here.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for their appointment.

If you wake up with new symptoms of illness on the day of your appointment, please switch to an online appointment, or if that is not possible or other unforeseen circumstances have come up and you are not able to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your individual situation.

FACILITIES:

Root Physiotherapy is located at 30 Dupont Street East, Waterloo, ON in Unit L1 on the lower level of the building. I operate out of a private treatment room within the clinic. There is a restroom within the clinic. 

CHECK-IN:

When you arrive at Root Physio in Unit L1, you may wait in the waiting room and I will be with you shortly. Please be sure to fill out your intake form online prior to your appointment.
