Wellness Wednesdays

A 6-week series on Wednesday evenings at 7pm for 1.5 hours

Each week will include a workshop, meditation, journalling and a yoga or pilates-type movement class.

Topics will include: building new habits and routines, breathing mechanics, mindfulness and meditation, the scientific benefits of time in nature, principles of stretching and strengthening, and general tips around exercise, pain and physical health.

I am passionate about helping you take care of your body and health, even outside of an injury or pain.
